Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, search queries, booking history, and session duration.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session tokens and preference cookies (see Section 4).
Information from third parties:
- If you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name and email address from Google as authorised by you.
2. How We Use Your Information

- Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
- Process bookings and send confirmation emails and reminders.
- Handle payments and issue refunds where applicable.
- Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.

- Venue providers: Booking details (name, contact, selected slot) are shared with the venue to fulfil your booking.
- Payment processors: eSewa and Khalti receive necessary transaction details to process payments.
- Service providers: Trusted vendors who assist with email delivery, analytics, and hosting, under strict data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, with prior notice to you.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use the following types of cookies:
- Essential cookies: Required for authentication (session tokens) and core functionality. These cannot be disabled.
- Preference cookies: Remember your language and display settings.
- Analytics cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the platform. These are anonymised.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, hashed password storage, and restricted internal access controls. We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. After account deletion, booking records may be retained for up to 5 years for accounting and legal purposes. Anonymised analytics data may be kept indefinitely.

- Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete data.
